That’s cool!

Almost a month late posting this one but here’s some real good free music for your weekend; Jadakiss plus 1,000,000 features.
This is a really heavy section…. James Cox, Dan Cox, and James Newrick.
I started to write something a few times for this now but I don’t think it’s going to do it any justice. This part is absolutely amazing.
Just watch it.
Benson sent through an email the other day with the idea of doing an article for us. We’re always happy when anyone finally realizes that print is dead and that the web is the way forward so we were more than happy to publish this for him….
“I recently picked myself up a new FIT MARV frame and thought that I would provide you with a few easy tips to remember for the next time that you find yourself having to maintain your bike…
1. If you ever find that you’ve run out of grease to lubricate any parts, I’ve found that butter is an excellent substitute that smells great too!
2. Seat post clamp bolt loose? Don’t worry, eventually your seat will knock itself straight again!
3. Are you having problems with your bars constantly slipping on you? No problem, just tighten the bolts as tight as you possible can and then leave your bike out in the rain so that everything rusts itself into place permanently. Straight bars for ever!
4. And finally, bottom bracket presses are expensive and not many people have one that you can borrow. But don’t fret! You’ve probably already used the perfect replacement tool this morning! Just head into the kitchen and grab yourself that spoon you used to eat your cereal with! Works every time! Check the photo below to see it in action!
Hopefully this helps keep everyone out there rolling!
Until next time,
Daniel Benson from The Albion (now that’s paper)”
This is off the chain. Riff Raff, Andy Milonakis and Dirt Nasty have teamed up as Three Loco to take over the rap world. This video is their global debut and it’s directed by Trailer Park Boys mastermind and proud Canadian Mike Clattenburg. Anyone who follows BMXFU knows we love everything listed here. I’m speechless. I have no speech.
Holy fuck! Somehow the internet brought me to this unseen edit from 2007 today. No idea who this dude is but he completely destroys two ledges with a variety of pedal grinds on both sides, including the rarely seen RODEO GRIND popularized by Ruben in Forward. Speechless. Heard he’s looking for a sponsor, someone tell him to holla @ FU.
In what some would consider to be a savvy business decision to move some units, Marv has started to upload sections from his latest video Standard Procedure to Vimeo. The first to be upload is the under 10 second intro and BMX publishing mogul Daniel Benson from The Albion’s (now that’s paper) section.
Benson has killed it for ages. He wasn’t been the in the spot light as much as everyone else from Voices has but he’s still been putting in work and seems like he should have at least another full section in him.
Check his part out below and come back next week for a three way split section from some absolute legends (one of whom has a freecoaster……).
Mike Warner’s a good friend of ours from Picton, Ontario. He and his homies put together a Facebook group called “Ontario BMX” to try and unite the province and its riders. JOIN THE GROUP to keep up with what’s going on in the region.
They’re also running a video contest right now, here’s Mike and his crew’s entry. If you think you can do better, get to work!
Damn I never thought we’d see the day where Butcher puts in mad work for a web edit, but here we have it in the form of this Animal @ The Bakery edit also featuring dope shit from Mike Brennan and Jared Washington. So stoked on this, watch it now and take some notes.
